Having information is one thing. But what is the best knowledge good for, if only I have it? But today, with the Internet, all (business-)knowledge is available to everybody. Is it?

No, it's not! Because what the internet user lacks, are the years of experience with a buiness topic.

The concept of the Internet is a (huge) library. Larger than any one we have seen before the Internet, more complex. Therefore, even the best search engines need time (or a good librarian) to find the wanted book, the information searched for.

Technology Serves Man

Technology is no solution in itself, but serves to improve processes and relieve the user of recurring, complex routines. It is inevitable that I bring down the one or other hype quite ungently to reality.
